At WearerCo, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. We ship from our warehouse in Santo Tirso, Portugal, to most countries worldwide, partnering with trusted global and local couriers to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

 

Shipping Destinations and Costs

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@wearerco.com (mailto:info@wearerco.com) for assistance.
  • Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • For some destinations, we offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are included in your final price at checkout. You won’t pay additional charges upon delivery. 
  • For non-DDP destinations, taxes and import duties may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery. WearerCo is not responsible for local import charges or policies.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) depend on your selected shipping method and delivery area:
    • European Union:
      • International Priority® Shipping 1-3 business days.
      • International Economy® Shipping 3-5 business days.
    • Rest of the World:
      • International Priority® Shipping 2-5 business days.
      • International Economy® Shipping 4-9 business days.
  • Exact delivery times may vary due to factors like customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. You can select from available shipping options (e.g., standard or express) at checkout, where offered.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the name of the courier handling your shipment.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over €100. (Free shipping excludes taxes and duties for non-DDP destinations.)
  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders using standard shipping. Express shipping, where available, incurs additional costs.

 

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s progress.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties for both original and return shipments, unless otherwise stated.
  • WearerCo is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other external factors.
