Refund policy
At WearerCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Items for Returns and Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team at returns@wearerco.com (mailto:info@wearerco.com) within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Provide the following details in your request:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- Follow the provided instructions to package and ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund and Exchange Details
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs, to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is returned to us in the condition outlined above.
- Customers are fully responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wearerco.com.
Every returned item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards. If an item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
Our Quality Assurance Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wearerco.com, where you should put as topic the order number and mention the reason.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rua do Picoto 252 BL3, 3DRT, 4780-521, Santo Tirso Portugal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
All returns must be shipped at the customer’s own expense. You are fully responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, packaging, and ensuring the items arrive safely in their original condition.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection. We are not liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. If the package does not arrive at our warehouse, no refund will be issued.
If any costs are applied to us (shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges), the return will be rejected and will not be accepted. No refund will be processed in such cases.
International Returns (from outside the EU): You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other applicable fees. The return must be sent with all charges prepaid. Any return arriving with unpaid charges will be refused.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
