Product Representation We strive for accurate photography and descriptions. However, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production batches. All products are made to high standards, but exact matches to screen images cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing & Payments All prices include applicable VAT/taxes where shown. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refuse orders. Payments are processed securely via PayPal, or similar providers. We do not store full card details.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically processed and shipped from Portugal within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We aim for worldwide shipping with duties/taxes often prepaid (DDP) for major markets (EU, US, UK, etc.). Delays due to customs, carriers, or force majeure are possible. Tracking is provided where available.

Returns & Guarantee For standard (non-custom) items: You have 30 days applicable from receipt to return unworn items in original condition for a refund. Custom or made-to-order items have limited return rights under consumer law due to their personalized nature. Please check our full Returns Policy.
